BRIGHTURE is a professional cleaning company based in the Gold Coast. We specialise in bond cleaning, Airbnb turnovers, regular home cleaning, and post-renovation clean-ups. Our team is known for its high standards, clear processes, and friendly work culture.

We are now hiring reliable and hands-on Cleaner / Labourers to join our growing team.

🧹 Your responsibilities:

- End-of-lease (bond) cleaning to real estate standards

- Airbnb check-out cleaning and home reset

- Regular domestic cleaning (weekly or fortnightly)

- Common area and display suite cleaning

- Post-renovation clean-ups and occasional light labouring

- Taking before/after photos for job feedback (required)

- Following checklists and company procedures using provided tools

✅ What we are looking for:

- Basic English communication is essential (must understand and follow instructions)

- Physically fit, reliable and detail-oriented

- Able to work independently and responsibly

- Previous cleaning or labouring experience is a plus

- Having your own car is preferred to assist with job travel, but it’s not essential — we’re happy to consider reliable applicants who can get to job sites on time

💰 What we offer:

- $26–$39 per hour depending on experience and job type

- Weekly pay

- Tools, cleaning products, and uniform provided

- Supportive team and consistent workflow

- Both full-time and casual positions available
