About the role

Townsville Cleaning Contractors' is seeking experienced part-time Commercial Cleaners to join our team in Townsville, Queensland. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our clients' commercial premises, ensuring a safe and professional environment for their staff and customers.

What you'll be doing

• Perform daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising of client premises
• Restock and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Work collaboratively with the cleaning team to meet targets and deadlines

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a commercial cleaning role
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to working hours
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and techniques
• Physical fitness to perform the required cleaning duties
