Must have or be training for Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualifications.

Award rate paid weekly + perks and incentives - minimum 4 days a week

All our staff choose to be casual as they like flexibility, however they can work full time or part time hours on a rotating roster. We are open to employing part time staff.

Paid to arrive 30 minutes prior to treatments starting, between clients and end of day. Minimum 20 - 38hrs paid weekly and on time.

We don't work on Sundays or public holidays because we believe in work life balance and flexibility for employees.

ikatan rotating roster allows for weekends off or long weekends and days off mid week, making it easy to book dentist, doctors or other appointments.

Do you want to work more hours to earn more? You can do this as a casual but not when you are full or part time.

One on one training in ikatan Spa treatments, where we will teach you how to care for yourself and our guests in all massage (no deep tissue or remedial at ikatan) treatments, packages and product.

We require staff to be available to work at least 4 days a week including Saturdays on a rotational roster so that everyone gets to enjoy a weekend off in the rotation and gives variety in days worked each week.

Work in a beautiful Balinese garden setting, it's like a holiday environment everyday where we come together to enjoy what we do and where we work while making great friends.

Unlike any other Day Spa, ikatan has it's own unique, interesting and varied massage styles, packages, body treatments, facials & pedicures with organic and natural products.

No waxing, no deep tissue or remedial massage.

No sales targets or pressure to sell products.

Weekly rotating roster posted fortnight in advance.

Staff can have treatments and buy wholesale products.

Comfortable, flattering uniform provided, which our staff love wearing.

Chocolate day on Saturday and random other days is also popular with our team as are our many social occasions together paid for by ikatan Spa.
