About the role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Weekend Shoe Salesperson to join the team at our IANS SHOES' store in Glenelg, SA. This is a casual role.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with shoe selections

Maintaining a well-presented and organised store environment

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Regular Shifts: Saturdays and Sundays

Assisting with other store operations as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a personalised customer experience

Enthusiasm for the fashion industry and a keen interest in the latest shoe trends

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision

Flexibility to work additional hours available to cover staff leave and sick days
