You’re a strong senior security engineer, or perhaps already a team leader but you know you’re ready for more.

You’ve built up deep technical expertise. You’ve stepped in to guide junior team members, run point on incidents, and champion new tools - even if it wasn’t officially part of your title.

In this newly created position, you’ll step into a true leadership role within a collaborative, forward-thinking financial services business. You’ll lead two direct reports and be responsible for developing and executing the information security strategy while still staying hands-on when needed.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Designing and maintaining core security controls and policies.
• Proactively identifying and mitigating threats across the environment.
• Leading security projects and driving uplift initiatives.
• Developing playbooks and response procedures to strengthen readiness.
• Reporting on effectiveness of security measures and advising leadership on risk posture; and
• Educating and uplifting security awareness across the business
