We are working in partnership with Saints College to establish and embed OT services into schools for neurodiverse and vulnerable young people.

We currently have opportunities in Ballarat, Bungaree, Colac, and Geelong

The role is embedded within the school and will involve a combination of classroom observations, coaching, and direct therapy to support each young person to participate in learning. We also work closely with learning partnerships to identify and document classroom accommodations, and to provide professional development related to OT roles and strategies.

We offer a supportive team, regular supervision from an OTA endorsed supervisor, professional development, and an opportunity to be valued and supported in your OT skills

Hours of work are flexible, and we are open to full or part time roles.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience working with neurodiverse children and young people

Demonstrated experience in educational settings

Experience in service development an advantage but not essential

Essential Skills:

Experience with sensory processing interventions

Knowledge of educational accommodation strategies

Strong documentation and report writing abilities

Ability to work independently in an emerging role

Experience in service development an advantage but not essential

Mandatory Requirements:

Valid driver's licence
