Job Ad: Full-Time Personal Care Assistant (Arabic Speaker Required)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. This role requires a skilled individual who is comfortable providing personal care to adults, including but not limited to:

Showering

Changing adult nappies

General cleaning and hygiene assistance

The ideal candidate should also be fluent in Arabic and have experience or a genuine interest in assisting with daily living tasks.

Position Overview:

This is a full-time role with a flexible shift schedule to meet the needs of our clients. The main duties involve providing support with personal care tasks and maintaining the well-being of the client.

Shift Breakdown:

Shift 1: 2 hours every morning, Monday to Saturday

Shift 2: 5 hours a day, broken down into 3 separate shifts of 2 hours each (with a 1-2 hour break between each shift). These shifts may vary based on client needs, such as:

1 x 4-hour shift and 1 x 2-hour shift

2 x 3-hour shifts

Flexibility and adaptability are key, as the schedule may change depending on the client’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including showering and changing adult nappies

Provide general cleaning and hygiene support for clients

Offer emotional support and companionship

Maintain a respectful and caring environment

Skills & Qualifications:

Fluency in Arabic is essential

Experience in personal care is preferred but not required; training will be provided

A compassionate and patient attitude towards people

Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs
