This represents an opportunity with one of the Gold Coast's most respected and well established Audit Firms. This firm boasts a high quality and stable client base.

The audit division is going from strength to strength.

The firm culture is positive with extremely low staff turnover.

POSITION

Due to strong growth and the need for succession planning, the position of Audit Director has been created. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing staff and growing the firm's brand.

This role would suit a sole operator who is looking to scale with a larger practice or alternatively an established Audit Director who is looking to fast track their pathway to equity.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Registered Company Auditor License
• CA Qualified
• Public Practice Certificate (ideal)
• 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Previous management experience
• Previous business development experience
• Experience with large corporate entities
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history
• Based on the Gold Coast or willing to relocate to the Gold Coast.
