About the role
We are seeking an experienced Aged Care and NDIS Coordinator to join our growing team at Kaizen Support Services Pty Ltd. This is a casual position based in Yarra valley and Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. As the Aged Care and NDIS Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our elderly and disabled clients.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

🗂 Administration & Office Coordination

Provide high-level administrative support

Maintain and update organisational policies and procedures

Manage calendars, appointments, and internal communication workflows

Maintain well-organised digital and physical filing systems

Handle invoicing and support financial admin processes

🧑‍🦽 Participant & Service Coordination

Assist with participant onboarding, intake, and service setup

Ensure all services and documentation meet NDIS compliance standards

Liaise with support workers, clients, families, and stakeholders

Oversee internal audits, WHS procedures, and service quality monitoring

✅ What We’re Looking For

Solid understanding of the NDIS Framework (essential)

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar admin or coordination role

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence with Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Proactive and committed to continuous improvement

Experience in setting up and implementing new systems is highly regarded

Requirements

Valid Working With Children Check

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Full working rights in Australia
