We are excited with the expansion of our business across Melbourne, and we are urgently seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our company and help us achieve business plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Conceptualizing and planning design solutions in accordance with project requirements.

Developing detailed design drawings and plans, including plant arrangements, material selections, and construction specifics.

Collaborating closely with relevant professionals to ensure design coherence.

Participating in project meetings to present design concepts to clients and the team, adjusting based on feedback.

Conducting site assessments to analyze topography, climate, and surrounding environments to inform design decisions.

Engaging in oversight at construction sites to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.

Integrating sustainable practices into designs, selecting appropriate plants and materials to enhance ecological value.

Researching and applying the latest landscape design technologies and materials.

Maintaining effective communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring designs align with their desires.

Preparing project reports and designing specifications, providing expert recommendations.

Carrying out feasibility studies and impact assessments to gauge the effect of development on the ecology, environmental character, cultural values and community health and welfare of landscapes.

Qualifications and Experience/Job Requirements：

Bachelor's degree or higher in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Environmental Design, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design, with a preference for candidates who have successfully completed relevant projects.

Proficiency in various design software.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients.

Strong team spirit and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to complete design tasks independently.

A passion for nature and a deep enthusiasm for landscape design, complemented by a keen aesthetic sense.
