Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator looking to play a pivotal role in a business entering an exciting growth phase? PowerPak Industries, a fast-expanding electrical contracting company based in Brisbane, is seeking a high-performing estimator to lead major tender submissions and support the delivery of significant commercial, industrial, and medical projects across Australia.

You’ll work directly with the Director from an office in Tingalpa, supported by clear systems and an approachable team. With flexible hours this is a rare opportunity to join a company where your experience and initiative will be genuinely valued.

About the Role:

· Quote commercial, industrial and high-end residential projects using SimPRO and Ground Plan

· Mark up electrical plans based on builder specs and client selections

· Forecast material needs, raise purchase orders, and coordinate procurement

· Track scope, monitor variations and ensure accurate margin control

· Maintain pricing databases and templates for ongoing accuracy

Projects & Clients:

· Custom new builds for boutique Brisbane builders

· New commercial projects including shops and office fit outs

· Medical & Dental fit outs

· New large storage shed builds

· Project values from $15K to $750K

What We’re Looking For:

· 5+ years’ experience in electrical estimating (all sectors – residential, commercial & industrial)

· Proficiency with SimPRO (non-negotiable) and Ground Plan

· Excellent attention to detail and ability to read and interpret electrical plans

· Calm, organised and able to work independently without micromanagement

· Electrical qualifications preferred

· Must have Australian industry experience

The Offer:

· Casual role – 2 days a week, would suit semi-retired individual or person seeking flexibility

· Wage: $50-$60 p/h (depending on experience) + Super

· Flexible start and finish times
