As a 100-place service deeply connected to our Pottsville community, we are seeking an experienced Centre Director who is passionate about nurturing relationships, mentoring educators, and creating a warm, high-quality environment for children and families.

What your days will look like:

Leading and mentoring your team with compassion, clarity, and consistency

Building strong, trusting relationships with families and our community

Working alongside a supportive management team who believe in your potential

Supported by admin team, a 2IC, and an educational leader out of the room, so you can focus on people, not paperwork

Ensuring our nature-based, child-led philosophy shines through high-quality practice each day

What we offer:

Full-time, 38 hours per week
6 weeks of annual leave for ECT-qualified staff to rest and recharge
Salary negotiable for the right person + quarterly bonus incentives

Experienced as a Centre Director or in a senior leadership role
Confident in leading with empathy while maintaining clear expectations
