Job Description: As a Factory Hand at Panel Makers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes for coolroom panels. The ideal candidate will possess an intermediate boiler ticket and a forklift license, as they will be responsible for not only boiler operations but also various factory hand duties.

Responsibilities:

Operate and plant machinery to maintain optimal performance.

Assist in the routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant machines.

Handle and transport materials, including coolroom panels, using forklifts and other equipment.

Contribute to the assembly and production processes of coolroom panels.

Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and equipment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and uphold quality standards.

Operate machinery as needed for manufacturing processes.

Adhere to safety protocols and promote a secure work environment.

Requirements:

Intermediate boiler ticket.

Forklift license (preferable).

Previous experience in boiler operations and/or factory environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
