Role Info:
Location: Brisbane, QLD
Role: Full-time | Permanent | Flexi Hours Offered
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 Base Salary, Plus Superannuation & Additional Vehicle Allowance Projects: Tower maintenance & strengthening projects across Aus

What will you be doing?
As Project Support - Telecommunications, you will be overseeing and coordinating tower maintenance and upgrade projects across Australia, requiring telecoms rigging and structural steel expertise. You'll oversee projects and crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

About you! What we're looking for:

• Telecoms tower and steel strengthening project experience – You know your way around site work and what it takes to get the job done
• Hands-on leadership – You're someone who leads by example, brings good energy, and genuinely enjoys the work (not just in it for the dollars!)
• Strong communicator and team player – Confident working with subbies, internal teams, and juggling multiple moving parts
