Step into the transformative world of Communicare’s Parole In-Reach Program—a dynamic, life-changing initiative designed to break the cycle of family and domestic violence. Passionate about making an impact in the Family & Domestic Violence sector? Join the Parole In-Reach (PIP) team as a Program Facilitator!

Get to know PIP!

PIP is a program that guides participants through proven, evidence-based FDV programs—starting while they are still in custody, before parole is even granted. This forward-thinking approach means that the journey of growth and accountability begins early, empowering individuals to take real steps toward change.

For those granted parole, the support doesn’t stop at the prison gates. Instead, the program continues as an integral part of their release plan, providing vital tools and ongoing guidance to help reduce the likelihood of reoffending and foster lasting positive outcomes. Even for those who remain in custody, the opportunity for transformation remains open—demonstrating Communicare’s unwavering commitment to giving everyone a genuine chance for a better future.

As a Program Facilitator, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering services that support men and young people seeking to end their use of violence or abusive behaviours, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the safety of women, young people, and children.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight, based in Cannington. Regular travel to Acacia and Wooroloo Prisons is also required as part of this role.
