North Eastern Community Hospital (NECH) is a not-for-profit private hospital with an 84 bed Aged Care Facility. As a community hospital, all profits generated are reinvested for the benefit of providing support to healthcare services for the community.
We believe it’s our strong connection to our community that brings people back to NECH, from our surgical and medical support and of course, supporting our elderly in our Aged Care Residential Facility. We are unique in that all our services are provided under one roof. We have two operating theatres, two dedicated gastroenterology procedure rooms, and a medical and surgical ward with growth across all sectors.
About the Role
North Eastern Community Hospital (NECH) is actively seeking applications from passionate, experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team with multiple positions available on Casual/Part Time/Full Time basis.
Working with a great ward team that seeks to deliver the best in nursing care whilst providing the opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary environment.
Your expertise and empathetic approach will be instrumental in ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being throughout their experience to a range of patients on our acute medical/surgical ward as well as our ward for CAP patients.
Minimum Criteria
Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Demonstrated at least 2 years’ experience working within Hospital or Aged Care sector
Reliability and commitment to work in a permanent rosters or active participation in our casual pool
Demonstrated commitment to the development of leadership skills, guidance and participation that promotes high staff morale
Demonstrated skills and initiative to ensure quality care and service is provided
Demonstrated knowledge and application of skills for this position.
