Trainer Qualifications required:

Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design RII60520 or higher

Your responsibilities will include:

Deliver highly engaging sessions to encourage strong attendance, active involvement, and successful completions.
Complying with the ASQA requirements in teaching, training, and evaluating students, as well as industry standards.
Assessing the effectiveness of training programs by gathering feedback, conducting assessments or quizzes, and measuring the learning outcomes to ensure the desired results are achieved.
Engaging in ongoing professional development, seeking feedback from participants and stakeholders, and continuously refining training materials, methods, and validations to enhance effectiveness

Requirements:

Relevant VET qualifications
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in using necessary software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
