We’re searching for a dynamic and commercially minded leader to take ownership of this cluster and drive performance, culture, and customer experience across all locations. Ideally, you’ll bring:

Multi-Site or Cluster Management Experience (Preferred)

Concession Experience (Preferred)

Strong People Leadership: Able to build, mentor and inspire a high-performing team

Customer-First Approach: A proven ability to deliver exceptional service and drive loyalty

Operational Excellence: Skilled in managing stock, VM, rostering, and store standards across locations

Strategic Thinking: Able to identify opportunities and execute on business priorities

Flexibility to work across locations as required
