Clinical Lead – Home & Community Care

Office Based - North Sydney or Inner West | $125K–$135K + Super + Salary Packaging | Monday–Friday, 9–5

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Clinical Lead to join a reputable and values-driven Home and Community Care provider. This is a Monday to Friday, office-based role located at either the North Sydney or Inner West office, providing regional oversight and clinical leadership across the wider Sydney network.

The Opportunity

As the Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical care across services. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will provide expert clinical supervision and support to a multidisciplinary team, including RNs and Allied Health professionals.

Your core focus will be on clinical governance, risk management, quality assurance, and the implementation of best practice across all services. You’ll act as a mentor, advisor, and educator, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the team is accountable, informed, and operating to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and advice across the Sydney region
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks and quality standards
• Support and guide RNs and Allied Health teams across multiple services
• Drive the implementation of clinical policies and procedures
• Identify and manage clinical risk
• Act as a key point of contact for clinical issues and queries
• Support a culture of accountability, best practice, and continuous improvement

About You:

• AHPRA Registration (essential)
• Previous leadership experience in a home care/community care setting
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk, and quality assurance
• Ability to mentor and guide clinical staff while holding teams accountable
• Comfortable with structure, systems, and seeing tasks through to completion
• Strategic thinker who can also think outside the box when solving problems

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: $125,000–$135,000 + Super + NFP Salary Packaging
• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – full-time, permanent role
