Home Care Support Worker (Female Only) – Nowra | Casual

We’re currently seeking a female Community Support Worker (due to the care requirements of this client) to provide care for an aged care client in Nowra.

About the Role:

Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and complex bowel care.

Assist with manual handling and safe mobility.

Support daily living tasks such as meal prep and light housework.

Facilitate community access, including transport to appointments and recreational outings.

Empower the client to work towards their NDIS goals and maintain independence.

About You:

Available every Friday and some afternoons during the week.

Experience supporting elderly clients with physical disabilities.

Prior experience in aged care, disability, or mental health support (highly regarded).

Skilled in managing professional boundaries, with strong judgment and emotional resilience.

Complex bowel care experience is required.

Insulin care knowledge is desirable.

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Confident using basic computer systems and digital client tools.

Essential Requirements:

Current First Aid & CPR certification

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working with Children Check

NSW Driver’s Licence and access to own vehicle
