We are looking for committed, bubbly and capable, casual Educators for our centres in St Albans, Brookfield, Delahey & Caroline Springs. To be successful in this role you will hold an Early Childhood qualification, or be studying towards one, and will have flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:30am - 6:30pm, as shifts are required.

The Whiz Kidz group are family owned and operated childcare centres in NSW and VIC. Our owners are two sisters, both with young children, who have a passion for quality childcare and early education. About the role

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Educators to join our Whiz Kidz Team in Victoria.

These positions could be casual, fulltime or part time to commence ASAP.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop a strong bond with families and with other Educators. You will be able to think on your feet, help out with any task and be an all round team player.

Qualifications & experience:

• Minimum a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Previous experience working with children from 0-6 years old
• Have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Be approachable, positive, and well respected

A few key responsibilities of the role include:

• Develop open communication channels with staff, children and families of the centre.
• Comply with the centres policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
• Assisting children with their daily routines & support them in their learning.
• Working in partnership with a team of Educators who provide high quality early childhood education and care.
