Responsibilities

What You’ll Do?

• Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, offering tailored product guidance and after-sales support.
• Drive sales and build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
• Manage in-store sales processes including orders, reservations, and deliveries.
• Maintain visually appealing displays aligned with brand standards (VMD).
• Coordinate with their Japan headquarters for product updates and customer feedback.
• Support and guide casual retail staff in daily operations.
• Use digital tools (email, Slack) for smooth internal communication.

Your Profile

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail or furniture sales will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of interior planning or design.
• Strong presentation skills, including gift wrapping.
• A valid Australian Driver’s License.
• Familiarity with Japanese language and culture.
• Interest in furniture design trends and interior styling.
