Position Overview:
We are looking for passionate naturopath to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Currently, we specifically are looking for Naturopaths with experience who can help the next generation of practitioners to reach their full potential while continuing to practice themselves.

As a Naturopath at our clinic, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care, developing treatment plans and assisting in the mentoring of junior naturopaths. You will work closely with our Naturopath team, and have the opportunity to lead and guide less experienced practitioners while continuing to develop your own skills.

Key responsibilities may include:

Consultations: Prepare and conduct thorough consultations with patients, ensuring a high standard of care and providing naturopathic advice for children’s health and wellness.

Treatment Plans: Develop individualised treatment plans based on presenting complaints, and test results through supplements, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle advice.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient notes in Cliniko, including recommendations for testing and products.

Client Communication: Respond to client emails promptly and professionally (practice-related questions only).

Social Media Content Creation: Collaborate with the clinic’s marketing team to create engaging, educational social media content to promote our services and raise awareness about naturopathy for children's health.

Team Meetings: Attend and actively participate in fortnightly team meetings to discuss patient care, treatment strategies, and clinic initiatives.

As a Senior Naturopath you would also be onboard to help support and collaborate with our other naturopaths and support with their upskilling.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior naturopaths, helping them grow professionally by offering advice, insights, and clinical support.

Support to Junior Naturopaths: Assist junior naturopaths in their treatments, offering feedback, reviewing case notes, and providing input on patient treatment.

What We Are Looking For:

Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in Naturopathy (Bachelor's Degree of Health Science (naturopathy)

Clinical experience as a practicing Naturopath, with a focus on paediatric care preferred and experience with functional testing

Strong knowledge of naturopathic modalities (herbal medicine, nutrition, etc.).

Skills & Experience:

Experience in preparing treatment plans and conducting consultations independently.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients, team members, and social media audiences.

Experience in mentoring or managing junior staff is desirable.

An empathetic approach to working with children and families.
