Join our dynamic Claims team in Building and Contents, managing a portfolio of large loss claims from our Sippy Downs office. Your role is central to Youi’s reputation and relationships by playing a crucial role in end-to-end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most. By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

About the opportunity

• Onsite and full time, working Monday-Friday
• Managing your own portfolio of high complexity and large loss claims
• Helping our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
• Problem solving daily to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
• Being a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolio

About you

• Experience in Building and Contents claims is highly preferred, or claims management
• Experience in reading and interpreting building assessment reports and specialist reports an advantage
• Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
• Technical skills or trade qualifications an advantage
• Experience in navigating and upskilling in computer systems
• Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
