Whether you're experienced in optical retail or have a background in customer service and sales, if you love connecting with people and keeping things running smoothly – we want to hear from you.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism

Helping patients choose frames and lenses that suit their needs and style

Managing bookings, phone calls, and general clinic flow

Handling health fund claims and point-of-sale transactions

Ensuring the shop floor is tidy, stocked, and looking great

Supporting the optometrist to keep the day running on time

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has excellent communication and customer service skills

Is highly organised with strong attention to detail

Is confident with sales and product recommendations

Works well under pressure and can multi-task

Has a genuine interest in helping people

Retail or optical experience is a bonus – but not required (we’ll train the right person!)
