The Role
We are seeking bartenders who will play a key part in creating an unforgettable guest experience at Winnifred’s. With a friendly and engaging presence, you warmly welcome guests, guide them through our Champagne selections, and ensure every interaction reflects our values of warmth, hospitality, and celebration.
You’ll work closely with the bar team to serve drinks, share stories about our growers, and maintain the highest standards of presentation and service. While you won’t be responsible for management decisions, your contribution on the floor is essential to maintaining the atmosphere and energy of the bar.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for wine and Champagne, a commitment to service, and a desire to learn in a collaborative and inspiring environment.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should be a dynamic front-of-house professional with the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in customer-facing retail or hospitality, ideally in a wine-focused environment.
A strong interest in champagne, wine and premium food & beverage experiences.
Committed to delivering thoughtful and exceptional service.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Warm, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Collaborative spirit and team-first mindset.
Available to work evenings and weekends as required by the event schedule.
Certifications: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Food Safety Card, and First Aid Certification (desirable).
