We're seeking a hands-on Factory Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team based in Wingfield. If you're reliable, skilled with power tools, and confident on a forklift, this role offers a steady routine and strong team culture in an industrial setting. You'll assist with the movement of goods, run machinery, and help maintain production targets with a sharp eye for detail and safety.

Operate forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods

Use power tools and production machinery confidently and safely

Assemble or maintain mechanical components where required

Conduct routine quality checks and measurements

Follow production instructions and safety procedures

Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area

✅ What You'll Need

Valid LF Forklift Licence with experience

Competent using power tools and factory equipment

Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment

High attention to detail and understanding of workplace safety

Physically fit and capable of lifting materials when required

Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
