Peter Jackson is the market-leading men's fashion brand, and we are looking for an experienced retailer to add to our already successful Gold Coast teams. Depending on the candidate, we have an opportunity for a Manager or an Assistant Manager.

With three stores on the Gold Coast, there is opportunities around all areas for the right candidate!

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for the daily running of the

store, building and leading a team of 1–3 salespeople, and creating an outstanding in-store experience.

This role is suited to someone with strong retail leadership experience, ideally in Fashion

or high-end retail. You’ll be comfortable on the floor, leading from the front, and know

how to create a warm, professional sales environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a diverse team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional

service

• Overseeing all daily store operations including stock management, visual

merchandising, and reporting

• Actively selling on the floor and fostering strong relationships with customers

• Ensuring the store reflects the Peter Jackson brand at all times in presentation and

atmosphere

• Sharing customer insights with the broader team and contributing to continuous

improvement

• Recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff as needed

About You:

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors that share the same values and can build the brand culture with fellow team members and customers.

Passionate about mens tailored fashion

Have experience in Customer Service and are passionate about delivering an in-store experience to our customers.

Are driven to exceed company-set budgets and KPIs.

Have an interest in fashion and retail.

Have a minimum of 1-2 years in retail

Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage with your team?

Proven experience in training and coaching team members.

A history of exceeding set goals and KPI’s and driving budgets and targets

Ability to complete operational tasks such as, scheduling, budgets, VM and stock management.
