Work in a not-for-profit service, Exceeding Service

We are seeking an experienced Co-Educator to work with all age groups across our service, with potential to step into a leadership role in 2026. The position is a permanent, full-time role, offering a fortnightly RDO. The position is to start immediately.

Our not-for-profit centre is unique, featuring inviting play spaces and expansive, beautiful outdoor areas that support children's learning and development.

Wattletree Early Childhood Centre is community-focused. With support from our parent Committee of Management and our professional team of educators, we are committed to providing a nurturing, educational, and child-safe environment.

Candidates must have at least 12 months of experience within the early childhood sector. Including an in-depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS.

We require applicants to have the following;

- A current Working With Children Check or VIT

- Experience, enthusiasm, and passion

- Minimum of a Diploma in Children's Services

- First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training

- Knowledge of the Victorian, National Frameworks and NQS

- Knowledge of the Child Safe Standards

- Sound verbal/written English skills
