About the role:

• Work closely with three Partners, and advise sophisticated clients.
• Work on a mix of estate disputes, estate planning and estate administration
• Additionally, there will be a level of exposure to NFP, property, tax and commercial aspects.

The ideal candidate:

• Mid-senior estates lawyer with an understanding of basic tax principles and some property expertise (advantageous)
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Up to date knowledge of tax laws & legislations.
• Excellent communication & drafting skills.
• Strong client service & relationship skills.
• Exceptional time management & organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple matters,
