About the role

As a Warehouse and Counter Sales professional at Boltmasters, you play a crucial role in managing the company's inventory, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service at our Cairns branch. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a great team in a well respected, growing business in the region.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, processing, and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are optimised

Assisting customers at the counter by providing product information and recommendations

Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring safe packing and shipping

Participating in the implementation of warehouse management systems and procedures

Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the warehouse operations

What we're looking for

Strong customer service skills, the willingness to learn, and an ability to provide knowledgeable and helpful advice to customers once trained.

Confidence in using Microsoft computer systems to work within our inventory and sales system

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively as part of a team

Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment is desirable but not required

Currently living or willing to relocate to Cairns
