About the role

Alla's Music Studio is looking for an experienced and passionate Guitar Teacher to join our team. This is a casual role based in our studio in Bentleigh East, VIC 3165. You will be responsible for providing high-quality music lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, helping them to develop their guitar playing abilities and a lifelong love of music.

What you'll be doing

Delivering engaging and tailored guitar lessons to individual students or small groups

Assessing students' skill levels and creating personalized learning plans to help them progress

Providing constructive feedback and guidance to support students' musical development

Maintaining accurate student records and monitoring their progress

Collaborating with the studio team and participate in recitals and performances

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience teaching guitar, with a proven track record of helping students of all ages and abilities to improve their playing

Strong knowledge of guitar techniques, music theory, and various musical genres

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students

Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for music education

Working with Children Check and a keen interest in ongoing professional development

Must have permanent right to work in Australia or valid working visa
