Job Title: Part-Time Client Experience & Receptionist

Location: Enhance Skin Cosmetic Clinic, Largs Bay

Employment Type: Contracted Part-Time (maternity leave cover with potential to stay on)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a well-presented, organised, and people-focused individual to join our team in a front-of-house role. This contracted part-time position with 15-30 hours per week - currently this position is to cover a maternity leave, with the idea that this person will stay on at reduced hours afterwards.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, is detail-orientated, and thrives in a calm but fast-paced clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an exceptional client experience from welcome to departure

Manage all reception duties including phone and email correspondence, appointment bookings, confirmations, and rebookings

Coordinate treatment room schedules and staff columns efficiently

Ensure the clinic is presented at a luxury standard at all times, including light cleaning and resetting of spaces

Handle client transactions and assist with product sales or treatment package information

Support daily operations and flow of the clinic with professionalism and warmth

Learn and assist with LED therapy and teeth whitening treatments (training provided)

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a reception, beauty, or client-facing role

A high standard of presentation and excellent communication skills

A detail-oriented, proactive and adaptable nature

Ability to multi-task while maintaining a calm and friendly manner

Confidence using booking software (experience with aesthetic platforms such as Timely software is a bonus)

Interest in the skin and cosmetic industry
