APG Workforce is currently seeking PRODUCTION WORKERS to join our client’s growing team. Our client is a well-known, respected leader in poultry manufacturing, operating a busy facility in Sorell, Tasmania. We have multiple opportunities available on Day Shift for reliable, motivated individuals ready to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

• Performing deboning tasks using knives and tools
• Following instructions and production procedures accurately
• Maintaining hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
• Lifting up to 20kg and standing for extended periods
• Completing repetitive tasks with consistency and care
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you must be willing to work and eager to learn. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience working with raw meat or in a similar environment (e.g., abattoir or boning)
• Exposure to knife handling and use of cutting tools
• Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently and safely
• Ability to work in cold or temperature-controlled environments
• Basic understanding of food manufacturing processes or food handling certificates (an advantage)
• Own car and licence
• Have full work rights to work in Australia

Shift Times:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday – 6.25am to 4.45pm
• Full-time hours available
