The Parkside Foundation Aged Care team is expanding and seeking support workers in the Kingborough and Huon areas in particular.

The qualities we are seeking include:

Passion for, and experience in working with the elderly and their family/support persons

Ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients with respect, dignity, and confidentiality

Ability to communicate and document effectively and share information to ensure continuity of care

Knowledge, skills and experience to adapt to changing needs of clients

You will have:

Certificate III in Individual Support or similar, or equivalent experience in aged care

Tasmanian Driver's Licence

Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

National Police check or Working with Vulnerable People card

Current Provide First Aid

Covid vaccination
