I've partnered with a well-loved, national head contractor with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 50 years of proven success delivering projects up to $60m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2025 and gearing up for a busy mid 2025/2026 with work secured until 2028.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include government, education, health, industrial, social housing, fit out & refurbishment and more.
Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:
- 3 - 5 + years of experience in the role
- Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
- Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
- Strong past tenure with employers.
- Team player who loves a challenge!
- Positive, "can-do" attitude.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.
Your Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- Ideally 3-5 years + industry experience running your own projects between $20m - $100m+
