• Registered and Enrolled Nurse – Perioperative
• Casual opportunity in Scrub Scout / Anaesthetics and Recovery / Endoscopy

Due to growth of our services, we are looking for a Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Mitcham Private Hospital in eastern Melbourne.

About the Role

In this role you will be joining our Perioperative team. As a nurse in our team, you will perform clinical duties with the support and guidance of the Perioperative Services Manager and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting as a trained Nurse with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values.

The flexibility to work to a 7-day roster including On Call will be essential for this role.

You will also bring:

• Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered and Enrolled Nurse
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Recent Perioperative experience is essential for this position
• Any relevant post-graduate qualifications will be highly regarded, though not required.
• Excellent understanding of infection control principles.

Remuneration:

Registered Nurse: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $36.13 - $ 49.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)

Enrolled Nurse: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $32.85 - $38.46 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC EEN gr1-gr8)

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
