• Port Melbourne VIC.
• Flexible working hours: Minimum 15 hours per week or maximum of 38 hours per week.
• Regular & Consistent Rostered Hours.
• $35+ Monday to Friday, $44+ on Saturdays (Casual rate of pay). Guaranteed hours with option for immediate start.

Position: Experienced Beauty Therapist – Part-time & Full-time hours available

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Beauty Therapist to join our award-winning, friendly team. You will be supported, rewarded, and encouraged by the Business Owner, who works closely with her team to provide mentoring and professional development.

Located in the prestigious bayside suburbs, we specialise in offering high-end beauty therapy services, including waxing, spray tanning, lash and brow treatments, facials, skin correction, and IPL hair removal, all delivered with impeccable customer care. We value our employees and encourage them to participate in regular training to advance their knowledge.

Casual rates of pay with regular & consistent rostered hours.

Hours: Full-time & Part-time hours available. Flexible employment arrangement.

• Weekdays start at 10 am, with late nights until 8 pm on Wednesday & Thursday evenings.
• Saturdays 9 am - 4 pm, with one Saturday off per month on rotation.

Pay Rate:

• $35+ per hour Monday to Friday, negotiable based on experience.
• $44+ per hour on Saturdays.

To be eligible for the role, you will need:

• Minimum 12 months of waxing experience.
• Show initiative in all areas of work.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Effective communicator with a “can-do” attitude.
• Attention to detail with customer engagement/customer service.
• Self-accountable and committed to achieving targets.
• Confident in educating clients with aftercare product recommendations.
• Passionate and open to learning and growing within a team.
• Experience in IPL is advantageous, but not essential.
• Experience in male waxing, including Brazilians, is advantageous but not essential.
