Your Role Will Include:

• Full project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
• Managing budgets, programmes, and subcontractor performance
• Working closely with CAs, site teams, consultants, and clients
• Monitoring quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Driving programme and ensuring milestones are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering commercial projects $10M–$20M
• Track record running multi-storey builds (up to 6 levels)
• Strong leadership, coordination, and client-facing skills
• Confident with contracts, cost control, and reporting systems
• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or similar
