About the Position
The school is seeking a confident and capable Science and Biology Teacher to join their team on a full-time contract. The role includes teaching VCE Biology and Science across Years 7–10. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Experience teaching VCE Biology is essential.

Skills and Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in VCE Biology and junior Science

Use a range of instructional strategies to explain complex ideas

Foster a classroom culture of curiosity, respect, and academic achievement

Collaborate with Science faculty to support planning and student outcomes

Apply current educational research to teaching and learning practices

Requirements

Registration: Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain Victoria Teacher Registration

Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia are essential for this role

Safeguarding: Applicants must provide two current referees and complete HARKE’s onboarding process to meet safeguarding requirements
