At Maryann's Kitchen we're dedicated to supporting our community with high quality fresh ready made meals.
We are looking for long term person to join our team to grow along with our business.

The Role:

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - approximately 15 - 20 hours each week.

Assisting with the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes.

Preparing ingredients through washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning to support daily kitchen operations.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment, including regular cleaning of equipment, surfaces, and utensils.

Collaborating with the Kitchen Team Leader and supporting the team with additional tasks as required.

Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times, in line with regulatory and company requirements.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand or in a similar role in a commercial kitchen or similar.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with the kitchen team.

Enthusiasm for food and a genuine interest in the culinary arts.

Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Food safety and hygiene certification or a willingness to obtain one.

Most importantly that you can bring a great attitude to working hard and being part of our team.
