About the Role

The role is a Coating Inspection & QA/QC Site Auditor located in either south east QLD or Mackay region with the option of being full time, casual, FIFO or project based. The inspector will be responsible for conducting QA inspection & testing, assessing project quality and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. The role includes on-site inspection around Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Mackay and remote work. Specific training in concrete surface protection, condition assessments and advanced UAV operation will be provided for successful candidates.

We are considering applicants with the following qualifications, skills & experience:

Coatings and QA Inspection Certification NACE (AMPP) CIP 1, 2 or 3

Quality Auditing, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills

Analytical, Investigative & Problem Solving Skills with keen attention to detail

Experience with Quality Documentation & Systems such as; ITP's, QA Records and Reporting

Ability to work independently and in a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Word Processing and Computing skills

Desirable qualifications, skills & experience include:

Concrete Coatings Inspection Certification SSPC CCI 2 or 3

Current Construction White Card, Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry

Photo / Video Capture and Processing skills
