We're on the lookout for a talented Construction Lawyer with experience in building defects and/or property litigation to join our close-knit team as we continue to grow 🚀.

Your Role Will Include:
🔹 Handling building defects and construction disputes across NSW courts and tribunals
🔹 Running property litigation files – including strata disputes, easements, and leasing issues
🔹 Advising clients on claims against builders, developers & related parties
🔹 Drafting/negotiating contracts and legal documents
🔹 Working closely with Counsel + representing clients in mediations/arbitrations 🧑‍⚖️
🔹 Taking carriage of your own matters, with strong support behind you

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✅ Has 2–10 years’ PAE in construction or property litigation
✅ Can confidently manage files and liaise with clients
✅ Has strong research, drafting and communication skills ✍️
✅ Brings a practical mindset and strong attention to detail
✅ Is friendly, team-oriented, and organised 🎯
