PERSOLKELLY is recruiting for an experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist to work for a NSW Government department. This role is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives across high-value ICT contracts and delivering critical procurement outcomes within a complex public sector environment.

About the role:

This position plays a key role in delivering complex ICT procurement projects from planning through to contract execution.

• Develop and deliver end-to-end sourcing strategies for ICT goods and services
• Manage procurement planning, tender documentation, evaluation and negotiation
• Advise on the use of the MICTA/ICTA contracting framework and NSW ICT Services Scheme
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver value-for-money outcomes
• Ensure procurement activities align with governance, risk and compliance standards

About you:

You're a confident procurement professional with experience navigating complex ICT sourcing within a government setting.

• Demonstrated experience in ICT procurement, ideally for government
• Knowledge of MICTA/ICTA and experience applying them to large contracts
• Able to manage high-value procurements and balance multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-governance environment
