About the Role: We’re on the hunt for two experienced Senior Drupal Developers to join a high-impact program delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a customer-focused, fast-paced Agile environment where your ideas and technical expertise will directly shape business outcomes.

You’ll be a Drupal SME, passionate about continuous learning, best practices, and delivering high-performance, scalable applications. Your work will have a direct impact across a major digital transformation initiative, using modern technologies and frameworks.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering enterprise-grade Drupal 9/10/11 solutions with modern frameworks.
• Developing accessible, responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and PHP.
• Leading and contributing to architectural decisions, content modelling, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Building and integrating custom APIs (GraphQL, OAuth), CRMs, DAMs, and other third-party platforms.
• Applying strong TDD practices using PHPUnit, Cypress, Selenium, and managing pipelines via GitHub Actions.
• Collaborating in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, managing tasks and dependencies effectively.
• Participating in a rotating 24/7 on-call support roster (with appropriate compensation).

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Drupal
• Expert-level PHP (Symfony/Laravel) and JavaScript (React/Vue) development
• Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD tooling, and application architecture
• Experience with GitHub, pull requests, and branching workflows
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and web performance
• Knowledge of API design, including GraphQL, OAuth, and third-party integrations
