We are seeking a paralegal with strong experience in conveyancing to join our dedicated and dynamic Burpengary-based team on a permanent basis. Alternatively, the role may suit a junior lawyer looking to expand their horizons and enjoy a work/life balance.

Please note that although this role is a full-time opportunity, we are open to discussions around a part-time arrangement, minimum 4 days per week, for the right candidate with relevant experience.

EXPERIENCED CONVEYANCER

About the role

Northside legal firm requires an experienced full-time, experienced conveyancing paralegal, capable of handling their own files A-Z. The work will be predominately cottage conveyancing. Must have the ability to prioritise and work with minimal supervision. Good communication skills including the ability to liaise confidently and professionally with industry professionals, clients and fellow staff.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal

Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and legal requirements

Proficient in using legal software and databases - including PEXA
