At ProLend Solutions, we’re looking for a Real Estate Analyst who’s a true property enthusiast - someone who loves digging into data, reviewing properties, and constantly learning.

This is your chance to enjoy incredible exposure to real estate markets Nationwide and across a wide range of asset classes - residential, commercial, and more. You’ll get to look at property across Australia all day, every day, helping delivery reports to key stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

Research property values on both Residential and Commercial assets using tools such as RP Data, NearMaps and RealEstate.com to gain valuable insights of historic and current data trends.

Contact Real Estate Agents and other property professionals to develop comparative market analysis through recent sales data, market listings, valuations, and relevant economic trends.

Write succinct reports and effectively substantiate and communicate findings to key stakeholders.

Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within the Real Estate industry to foster strong relationships and gather essential information.

We’re looking for someone with experience, knowledge, or a passion for property, finance, investment, banking, or credit. Prior exposure to the commercial property space is a plus, but not essential.

You’ll need:

A basic understanding of how to assess property value.

Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Confident verbal and written communication, with the ability to build relationships - especially over the phone with real estate agents.

Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
