About the Role

Smartcomm is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our growing warehouse and distribution centre in Luscombe, Queensland.

You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team responsible for inventory management, order fulfilment, and supporting our expanding ecommerce operations. This full-time role offers a chance to grow with the business and work in a modern, organised warehouse environment.

Your Responsibilities

Receive, unload and check incoming stock

Accurately update inventory records

Store products and materials efficiently

Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders (same-day/next-day targets)

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Assist with monthly stock takes and audits

Support wider warehouse and logistics operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of warehousing or logistics experience

Great attention to detail and numeracy skills

Strong time management and organisational skills

Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

High-reach forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)

Clear communication and problem-solving ability

Commitment to workplace safety
