Join Our Team as a Training Administrator in Townsville!
You're New Company
Our client is a zinc refinery located in Townsville, North Queensland. They are currently seeking experienced Training Administrators.
Your New Role
We are seeking a Training Administrator to support their expanding operations in Townsville. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. It's a 6-month temporary position with strong potential to become permanent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with accurate training records
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions in line with role requirements and training plans
- Organise and manage new employee inductions in collaboration with HR
- Ensure all study materials and resources are prepared and available prior to training sessions
- Monitor training schedules and send reminders or confirmation
What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Manual Driver's License
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
- Ability to pass a full functional medical
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Prior experience within a training or learning & development environment (highly regarded)
