Bookkeeper / Admin / Receptionist – Join Our Family Mechanic Business!

Flexible Part-Time (Min. 3 Days/Week)

$30-35/h plus super.

We’re a small, family-run mechanic workshop looking for a reliable and friendly all-rounder to support our team. This hands-on role combines bookkeeping, admin, and front desk duties in a flexible and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process accounts payable and receivable

Bank and credit card reconciliations

Payroll preparation and processing

Invoicing, follow-ups, and allocating customer payments.

Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records

Liaising with our external accountant as needed

General administrative tasks and customer service

Answering phones, greeting customers, and booking in car services

Ordering parts and following up on order delivery

Monthly PAYG and GST reporting and support monthly BAS preparation

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in bookkeeping and administration (MYOB preferred)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and bookkeeping practices

Friendly, organised, and proactive

Great communication skills and a willingness to pitch in

We offer $30-35 per hour depending on experience plus superannuation, flexible part-time hours (min. 3 days/week), and a relaxed, family-friendly workplace.
